The Stillside difference
A gym for your attention
Sessions are short and plain, and each one takes a minute to explain what you’re doing and why. A wandering mind is part of the exercise. You notice it and come back, and that counts as a rep.

Taking it into the rest of your day. What it helps with
Pick whatever’s loudest today. Each topic has short sessions and a plain take on what’s going on.
Stress and anxiety
Stress keeps your body braced long after the problem has passed. Slow breathing and steady attention give it a chance to settle. Start with Working With Stress, or SOS when it spikes.
A racing mind
Thoughts arrive faster than you can deal with them. Meditating is practice at letting one pass without chasing it, a few minutes at a time.
Focus
Each time you notice you’ve drifted and come back, you’re training the attention you need for deep work. Ten minutes before you start is plenty.
Sleep
Wind-downs for the end of the day that quiet a busy mind, with no pressure to fall asleep.
How it works
Attention, trained by subtraction
Ten minutes with nothing to react to is a workout for your attention. You feel the pull to do something, and you stay.
Nothing to believe
There’s nothing to believe. The sessions tell you what to do and why, in everyday words.

Questions
Anything else? Write to hello@stillsideapp.com.
What makes Stillside different from other meditation apps?
It’s short and plain. Beginners get a clear path, the timer, breathing and SOS stay free, and your streak comes with freezes you earn by meditating. The library is small on purpose, so you spend your time meditating.
Is it for beginners?
Yes. Meditation for Beginners covers the basics in ten short sessions, and the first three are free. If you’ve meditated before, the courses on stress, focus and anger go further.
Will it help with stress and a racing mind?
That’s what most of the sessions are for. They teach practical ways to calm down and let thoughts pass. Stillside is a meditation app, and it doesn’t replace therapy or medical care. If you’re struggling, please talk to a doctor or a professional.
How much does it cost?
The timer, breathing and SOS are free forever, and three guided sessions of your choice are free too. Stillside Pro opens every course and series. It’s a yearly or monthly subscription, and the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
What if I can’t afford Pro?
Just ask at hello@stillsideapp.com. Nobody serious is turned away.
What happens if I miss a day?
A streak freeze covers it. You earn freezes by meditating, and if you’re out of them, one session within 48 hours repairs the streak. Nothing you’ve earned is ever taken away.
Is the voice AI?
For now, yes. The launch library uses an AI voice. The founder, who built the app, is re-recording every session and announcing each one as it lands. There’s no chatbot in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your iPhone’s subscription settings whenever you like. If you start the free trial, we remind you two days before it ends.
Is it on Android or the web?
iPhone comes first. Web and Android are on the way.
Start with five minutes.
Set the timer and close your eyes. When the bell rings, that’s day one.
The timer, breathing and SOS are free forever, and Pro starts with a free week.
